Admission
We accept public application for admission. The admission criteria are as follows:

Parents agree to the mission, values of education of Mongkok Agnes English Kindergarten.
Children reach the eligible age to enroll.
Parents are willing to actively participate in family-school activities
Performance of children in interview
Connections between parents and the schools

Fees

School fee remission application from government can be made through the school and Registration Certificate (RC) are applicable in Mongkok Agnes English Kindergarten for 3-6 years old children
School Fee: 11 installments/ year
Miscellaneous Fee: 2 installments/ year
For withdrawal made after admission offered, registration fee paid will not be refunded.

Application Submission

Fill in the application form with a copy of birth certificate，2 photos and 3 self-addressed stamped envelopes (marked with “Application for Admission”)
Application Fee: $20
Submit the application information by postage or in person to the kindergarten. Fax or e-mail application will not be accepted.

Admission Procedures / Application Received

Interviews will be arranged around November
Meeting with parents individually or in groups and observe children’s behavior when playing, all applicant will be invited to join the interview.

Notification of Application Result

Result will be mailed to applicants before the end of December; or
Parents will be notified the application result within one month after the interview

Registration

Upon receipt of notification of admission to K1, parents must complete the registration procedures in person at the school during the “Centralized Registration Dates” (i.e. 7 to 9 January 2021).
For half-day classes, parents should submit the “2021/22 RC” and pay $970 for ”Registration Fee”. (Receipt of accepting the RC will be issued to the parent).
Registration fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Purchase of school uniforms, school bags, books and stationery, etc. from May to July
Any unfilled places will be allocated to applicants on the waiting list.

Morning Class ( 9:00am - 12:00noon )
Afternoon Class ( 1:15pm - 4:15pm )

Gentle Reminder

Parents should apply for the “Registration Certificate 2021/22” in Sept 2020. If parents wish to know more about the general information of RC, please visit the website of the Education Bureau (http://www.edb.gov.hk).
